After three attempts i passed my driving test.
what a relief to not only have the cost of learning gone from life but also to have the freedom to go where i want when i want!
I bought my sisters car off her and so have now insurance for it as well.
So have completed four driving related tasks off the list:
1. Pass driving test
2. Get car insurance
3. Drive steph to a quiz
4. Drive myself to placement
I can so relate!
I struggled for the longest time to get my license as well (3 years from when I started trying) and only got mine last September (at the ripe old age of 26…).
The cost of all the lessons really puts a strain on your budget and here we also have to contend with ridiculously long waiting lists to get a test date (up to 6 months), so when you fail (like I did – twice) it really is a bummer in the worst sense of the word.

What a great accomplishment. Congrats and drive safe. It opens a whole new world for you being mobile on your own.

Congrats on finally passing! Don’t feel bad. It took me three times to pass mine as well here in the U.S.A. The first time I almost hit a set of trash cans! I scared the snot out of my driving test instructor (smile).

Great job! Just be aware of the other cars around you. Once we get in our cars we really don’t care about the other person. Have fun and stay safe.
