Looking back over my list after a long absence i can see somethings which i don’t think i will ever achieve purely because i don’t really want to. i think it is important to accept this and change these goals to ones that i will be able to and most importantly want to accomplish.
This change in heart has come about as something i have recently found. The happiness project. The book which runs along with this details the project of one woman who tries many differnt things over the space of a year to make her self happier. One thing was being herself and accepting herself for what she is, including her likes. This mean not doing things because you think u want to or you think you should because everyone likes doing that.
Having read the book i am being Alex and allowing myself to accept that i like doing certain things and not have to do lots of others because i think i should.
